SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with AuraMist. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING TIMES & COST
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Diffusers ship from our US warehouse: typically 3–7 business days.
- Essential oil sets ship from our partner warehouse: typically 3–8 business days.
Because devices and oils may ship from different locations, items in the same order can arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is normal — each item has its own tracking.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us at feoktistovusa@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.
