REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your AuraMist products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email feoktistovusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, opened or used essential oils cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

RETURN SHIPPING
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover all costs.
- For other returns (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
You can pause, skip, or cancel your essential oil subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us before your next billing date. Already-shipped subscription orders follow the standard return rules above.
