Scent · Breath · Light
Your five-minute wind-down.
Thumb stuck in the feed? The Method is how you put the phone down: three levers — scent, breath & light — that turn the midnight scroll into a calm, five-minute wind-down.
Three levers

Scent
Your cue. A few drops of pure oil, and your mind starts linking the aroma to calm.

Breath
Your lever. Simple guided patterns — the fastest free way to slow down.

Light
Your signal. Seven soft colors that dim the day down.
Set the scene
Fill your AuraMist with water, add 3–5 drops of the blend that fits your mood, and choose a light: warm amber to wind down, soft green for everyday calm, cool white or blue to focus. Dim the room. You're ready.
Three breaths, three moods
Box Breath
Inhale 4 · hold 4 · exhale 4 · hold 4 — about 4 rounds.
A steady square of breath to clear a busy head. Pair with your Energize blend and a cool white light.
4·7·8 Calm Breath
Inhale 4 · hold 7 · exhale 8 — about 4 slow rounds.
The long exhale is the whole point — the body's natural “stand down.” Pair with your Relax & Sleep blend and a warm, dim amber light.
Coherent Breath
Inhale 5 · exhale 5 — for about 5 minutes.
An even, unhurried rhythm you can do anywhere. Pair with any calming blend and a soft green glow.

Your 5-minute evening ritual
- Fill the diffuser, 3–5 drops of your Relax & Sleep blend, warm dim light.
- Sit comfortably. Let your shoulders drop. Begin Coherent Breath (5·5).
- After a minute, shift into 4·7·8 — lengthen each exhale.
- Let your breath return to normal. Just notice the scent and the quiet.
- Set one small intention for rest. Carry it into the night.
Keep your diffuser happy
Empty and wipe the tank after each use. Once a week, run it with water and a splash of white vinegar to descale, then rinse. Distilled water keeps the mist fine and the unit lasting longer.
The 30-night calm challenge
Do the ritual once a night for 30 nights. Most people find that by week two the wind-down happens on its own — the scent becomes the cue, and the calm follows. When your oils run low, your subscription keeps the ritual going without a thought.
